Description
Lunch & Learn Workshop: Exit Your Business in 1-2-3-4-5 Steps
Business owners, learn how to unlock your company’s full potential and plan a successful exit at our Feb. 14 Lunch and Learn. We’ll cover:
1 Goal: Building a significant company that thrives post-exit.
2 Lanes: Improving both the business and the owner’s life.
3 Plans: Closing profit, value, and wealth gaps.
4 Hidden Sources: Maximizing untapped business value.
5 Stages: The value maturity journey every business must navigate.
Telling their success stories will be Carla Ketner, who just sold Chapters Books & Gifts, and a representative from Rembolt & Ludtke, who represented the new owner.
“It’s critically important to the future of our local economy that we have successful business transitions.”
—Jonathan Jank, CEO, Cultivate Seward County
Our speaker is John M. Fulwider, PhD, CEPA, will be leading the workshop portion and leading the 5 steps of exiting one's business. John is a business coach and Certified Exit Planning Advisor. John’s a longtime friend of Seward County who volunteers with the Concordia Catalyst Competition program. Seward's own, Montag Manufacturing is a past client of John’s.
Whether you’re a business owner considering selling your business or an advisor guiding clients through the process, this workshop is for you.
