Administrative Clerk III
Seward County Assessor’s Department is accepting applications for the position of an Administrative Clerk III!
This is a varied, level III clerical work position.
Work involves the responsibility of coordinating, planning, directing, and supervising the work pertaining to Personal Property, Homestead Exemption, and various responsibilities the Assessor has assigned. Employee is responsible for making work determinations made in accordance with established procedures and departmental policies.
Employee provides general administrative, clerical, and organizational support in the daily functions of the office.
Work involves planning, organizing, and evaluating the work performed by other employees that pertain to this positions job description.
The individual is expected to demonstrate independent judgement and autonomy in managing day-to-day work operations. General supervision is received from the Assessor.
Applicants must be 19 years of age or older, be able to legally perform work in the U.S., have a high school diploma or GED, and must have experience performing clerical work.
